Tea with the Nubians

Description

A trip to Egypt offered the artist a wonderful opportunity to interact with the local population and paint a group of Nubian women in their home. Rendered in watercolor on paper, this piece conveys the warmth and connection the artist felt during the experience. Painted on Arches watercolor paper, mounted under a 2″ off-white acid-free mat.
